TOWN CENTRE SLUM.
Tepid food served with contempt. Won't order a delivery as the food served over the counter is barely warm.
The high price, the quality, the messy food presentation, the littered floors and miserable customer service all highlight the very poor value.
The management have lost control, creating a filthy, rundown branch in the town centre.
Especially weak outside of office hours.

The hottest thing on menu is the tea. But only if they do not forget about your order and keep you waiting. The food is mediocre at best. But what do you expect from a fast food place. The service is actually rather slow in peak periods. They need to sort the tap in men's toilet, as it quite often only seems to trickle water. It's simply a reasonable place to eat and toilet. But barely.

Quick, reasonably priced food. I'm not a fan of the new self service tills, it's very reminiscent of trips to Argos "Collection point B" . Big fan of the Big Tasty with bacon
